Our app (APK) · via Downloader

Amazon Firestick & Fire TV

We send you our own app as an APK link. The easiest way onto a Firestick is the free Downloader app.

  1. Allow app installs

    Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn on Install Unknown Apps for Downloader. If Developer Options is hidden, open Settings → My Fire TV → About and click your device name 7 times to unlock it.

  2. Install Downloader

    From the Fire TV home screen, search for the free Downloader app and install it.

  3. Enter your download link

    Open Downloader, tap the URL box, and type the APK link we sent you by email or WhatsApp, then press Go.

  4. Install our app

    When the download finishes, select Install, then Open.

  5. Log in

    Enter the username, password and server URL from your login pack.

  6. Start watching

    Your channels, movies and series load instantly. You're done.

Our app (APK)

Android Phone, Tablet & TV Box

Install our own app directly from the link we send you.

  1. Open the link we sent

    On your Android device, open the APK download link from your email or WhatsApp.

  2. Allow the install

    When prompted, allow your browser or file manager to install unknown apps (Settings → Apps → [your browser] → Install unknown apps → Allow).

  3. Install & open

    Tap the downloaded file, choose Install, then Open.

  4. Log in

    Enter the username, password and server URL from your login pack.

  5. Watch

    Your full library loads straight away.

On an Android TV box? You can also use the Downloader app with the same link — exactly like the Firestick steps.
IBO Player · Samsung & LG

Samsung & LG Smart TV

On Smart TVs we use IBO Player, activated with the M3U playlist we provide.

  1. Install IBO Player

    From your TV's app store (Samsung Tizen Store or LG Content Store), search and install IBO Player (also listed as IBO Pro Player).

  2. Open it & note your details

    Launch the app — it shows your MAC address and Device Key on screen. Keep this screen open.

  3. Activate online

    On your phone or computer, go to the IBO Player activation site, enter your MAC address and Device Key, then add the M3U playlist URL we sent you.

  4. Reload on the TV

    Back on the TV, restart or reload the app — your channels and TV guide load.

  5. Done

    Browse Live TV, Movies and Series.

Other Smart TV apps work too: Set IPTV, Net IPTV and Smart IPTV use the same M3U link. Some Smart TV apps charge a small one-time activation fee after a short trial — our team will guide you.
Smarters Player Lite

iPhone & iPad

On iOS we use Smarters Player Lite, free from the App Store.

  1. Install the app

    On the App Store, search for and install Smarters Player Lite.

  2. Choose login type

    Open it and select Login with Xtream Codes API.

  3. Enter your details

    Type any name you like, then the username, password and server URL from your login pack.

  4. Add & load

    Tap Add / Login — your channels, movies and series appear.

Prefer a playlist? Choose Load Your Playlist / M3U URL instead and paste the M3U link we sent.
Smarters Player Lite

Apple TV (tvOS)

Apple TV uses the same Smarters Player Lite app as iPhone and iPad.

  1. Install the app

    On your Apple TV, open the App Store and install Smarters Player Lite.

  2. Choose login type

    Open it and select Login with Xtream Codes API.

  3. Enter your details

    Enter the username, password and server URL we sent you.

  4. Load & enjoy

    Your full library loads — stream in up to 4K.

Tip: Sign in to the same Apple ID on your iPhone first to type faster, or use the Apple TV Remote app's keyboard.
Portal URL

MAG Box

MAG devices connect using a portal URL — no app to install.

  1. Open portal settings

    Go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.

  2. Add your portal

    Set Portal 1 Name to anything (e.g. "BestIPTV") and Portal 1 URL to the portal link we sent you.

  3. Save & restart

    Save your settings, then restart the portal (or reboot the MAG box).

  4. Watch

    Your channels load automatically on startup.

Tip: Send us your MAG MAC address when you order so we can lock your line to the device.
Smarters / VLC

Windows & Mac

On computers use a player like IPTV Smarters Pro, Smarters Player Lite or VLC.

  1. Install a player

    On Windows use IPTV Smarters Pro or VLC; on Mac use Smarters Player Lite or VLC.

  2. Add your details

    In Smarters, choose Login with Xtream Codes API and enter your username, password and server URL. In VLC, open Media → Open Network Stream and paste your M3U URL.

  3. Load & watch

    Your channels and on-demand library load, ready to stream.

Where do I get my app and login details? +
After you buy or start a free trial, we send your login pack — and for Firestick & Android, your app download link — by email and WhatsApp. You only enter the details once.
I haven't received my details — what now? +
Check your email spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, message us on WhatsApp and we'll resend your login pack and app link straight away.
The app says my login is invalid or expired +
This is almost always a small typo in the username, password or server URL, or a subscription that isn't active yet. Re-check each field carefully, or message support and we'll sort it in minutes.
What's the difference between Xtream Codes and M3U? +
They're two ways to connect. Xtream Codes uses a username, password and server URL (best for Smarters-style apps). An M3U URL is a single playlist link (used by IBO Player and VLC). We provide whichever your app needs.
How do I stop buffering during live sport? +
Use a wired Ethernet connection where possible, close other streaming apps, and pick the HD stream if your connection is under 30 Mbps. Our Anti-Freeze servers handle the rest — if a stream ever struggles, message support.
Can I watch on more than one device? +
A standard line streams one device at a time. If you want to watch on several screens at once, ask us about a multi-device plan.
